Thank you for choosing Visual Dreams for your video production needs. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Visual Dreams ("Visual Dreams," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required to secure our video production services. This deposit is necessary to initiate the planning and scheduling of your project and is deducted from the total project cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds, beyond the non-refundable deposit, may be considered at our discretion. We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility based on the specific circumstances of each case. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Grounds for Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the project before the commencement of production, we may consider a partial refund beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the completion of the project, we may consider a partial refund beyond the non-refundable deposit.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must contact us in writing at carsten@visualdreams.co explaining the reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Non-refundable Deposit: The initial 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Services Rendered: Any services already rendered or work already completed are non-refundable.

6. Discretionary Refunds

Refunds, if granted, are at our sole discretion. Our decision is final, and we are not obligated to provide a refund.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
